Refund policy

At Nesian Minis, we want you and your little ones to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale / clearance items or gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or style, simply contact us at (nesianminis@gmail.com) . 

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • We’ll hold your new size once your return has been lodged.

Returns

  • Returns will be issued as a store credit or exchange. 

  • Refunds are only provided for faulty or damaged items as per Australian Consumer Law. The customer must pay for the return- shipping in order for a full refund or exchange. 

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it out as soon as possible.
