Returns and Exchanges
At Nesian Minis, we want you and your little ones to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Sale / clearance items or gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, simply contact us at (nesianminis@gmail.com) .

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We’ll hold your new size once your return has been lodged.
Returns

Returns will be issued as a store credit or exchange.

Refunds are only provided for faulty or damaged items as per Australian Consumer Law. The customer must pay for the return- shipping in order for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return/Exchange

Email us at (nesianminis@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with our postal return address and instructions.

Send the item back using a trackable service — return postage is at the customer’s expense.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it out as soon as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to guarantee changes to the address.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.

If the order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot make changes, and Nesian Minis is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it once the correct details are provided. Please note: additional shipping fees will apply.
